Dr. K S Uthra
Head of Operations - Young IMPACKT - YISEC
Dr. KS Uthra, a Maxillofacial Cancer Surgeon by profession, with additional qualification in Medical Law and Ethics; she is also the Head of Operations for Young IMPACKT (YISEC), an arm of IMPACKT that focuses on encouraging and empowering the youth. She currently also serves as an Honorary Doctor in the Sakhi Savitri panel (a program initiative by the Government of Maharashtra for each school for the mentally challenged students and individuals).
She has co-authored the book 'Beyond the Gloomy Skies', a fiction self-help book, adored by readers of all ages, that was nominated for best author in Self-Help category by the NMCBI, Mumbai.
Having worked in private and government sectors, as an academician and clinician, she is aware of the beneficial effects of a balanced mental health on over-all wellbeing. Through IMPACKT, she conducts many workshops and seminars to raise awareness on overall wellness and self-help techniques.
Rtn. Dr. Mahima Seetaram
Head of Operations - Lotus- Vrudhi
Dr Mahima Seetaram is a Maxillofacial Surgeon specializing in Trauma & Reconstructive Surgery and the Head of Operations - Lotus IMPACKT. Besides her academic role, she is noted as a “research enthusiast” and is actively involved in wellness/mind-body work. She works towards combining clinical maxillofacial surgery expertise with active research in emerging fields and has won multiple awards at national and international platforms for the same.
She is also a co-author of our non-fiction book - Shadow Showcase Succeed. As a motivational speaker and an active Rotarian, she actively engages in community wellness initiatives and team projects. Her blend of interests always aims at holistic development.
Her academic foundation combined with her genuine interest in human behaviour and resilience drives her to help people to work towards achieving wellness.

Ms. Amruta Pujare
Chief Co-ordinator - IMPACKT®
Amruta Pujare is the Chief Coordinator - IMPACKT.
An enthusiastic biotechnology graduate, is currently pursuing higher education in management studies.
She has a deep passion for understanding the human mind and promoting emotional wellbeing and hence went on to become one of the ‘Youngest Life Skills Guide’ by completing IMPACKT'S IACC program that specializes in Youth Counselling.
With a curious mind and a compassionate heart, she is driven by the desire to create awareness and support individuals to build a more empathetic and healthy society.
